Travelers Cyber Post Claim Wellbeing Service

Travelers offers a comprehensive Cyber Post Claim Wellbeing Service designed to support individuals involved in cyber incident responses. This service is a benefit offered to Travelers Cyber policyholders, and provides confidential support through HelloSelf, our third-party partner specialising in mental health and wellbeing.

• Following the first notification of loss, four employees who are part of the insured organisation’s cyber response team can benefit from an initial six sessions with the option for additional sessions subject to Travelers’ approval.
• The service is fully confidential, ensuring that neither Travelers nor employers are aware of who uses it, and participation does not impact claims.

This initiative addresses the often-overlooked psychological challenges associated with cybersecurity breaches, such as anxiety and stress. It aims to promote healthy mental wellbeing in the aftermath of cyber incidents, encouraging eligible individuals to seek support. With cyber incidents increasingly prevalent, affecting half of UK businesses, this wellbeing service is a proactive measure to mitigate the emotional impact of such events.
